The Spirit/Work Connection blog is the opportunity to post on the different areas of career development, and the situations in life that affect the decisions about your goals and how to get to them.
The Resonare Consulting Philosophy is that what you do in your business/professional life should be so in line with your personal beliefs and ways of being in the world that you are in complete resonance, without anything disturbing the perfect harmony. It is the disconnect between one’s work and personal lives that usually cause dissatisfaction and other problems (emotional, physical, etc.) that usually cause one to contact a career professional.
I have a particular interest in working with those people that feel that their work and inner lives don’t mesh in the following communities:
- Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered, and Queer People
- Career Changers
- Creatives and People in Non-“Business “ Fields (i.e. artists, writers, media and religious professionals, etc.)
My Method is to take a holistic view of life, set goals, and make specific action steps to achieve those goals.
